Never had pasta that overcooked ! It was like Chinese noodles honestly! Staff were pleasant place was nice even the service was good , but the food was sorry to say poor . Shame

Je suis all&eacute;e seule dans ce restaurant,  et j y retournerais Ce que j ai d&eacute;gust&eacute; &eacute;tait une explosion en bouche.Mariage des l&eacute;gumes croquants avec des &eacute;pices dos&eacute;s avec pr&eacute;cision, le plat de r&eacute;sistance un r&eacute;gal,  quand au dessert 🍨  la touche finale.Ce chef est un v&eacute;ritable virtuose de la cuisine,  j en saliver encore et est h&acirc;te de pouvoir tester un autre mets de sa carte, je suis tellement conquise que j attribuera un 21/20 &agrave; ce chef

Nous avons d&eacute;gust&eacute; un superbe repas dans ce restaurant confortable o&ugrave; l&#39;h&ocirc;tesse nous a accueillis chaleureusement. Chaque bouch&eacute;e avait un go&ucirc;t sensationnel et nous sommes repartis le ventre bien rempli, avec le sentiment d&#39;avoir v&eacute;cu une exp&eacute;rience m&eacute;morable.  Nous reviendrons certainement si nous passons par Troyes &agrave; l&#39;avenir.
